Imagine:A gigantic concrete tub sitting at the corner of State and Lake. Under the tub are hundreds of blue flames burning brightly through the night. Inside the tub is a potent concoction made of truckloads of urine, feces, and blood. Inside the concoction is a small fortune in cash.
